There’s something nostalgically joyous about a game of crazy golf. However, add in Tiki cocktails from the Plonk Bottle Bar and you’ve got yourself some proper grown-up fun.
Plonk Camden is hidden away inside the historic arches of The Stables Market. The nine-hole course, with its colourful, UV aesthetic looks like harmless fun, the kind of place you’d take the kids to escape from the summer sun … which of course you can … however the course has been designed to challenge the putting skills of even experienced golfers. With its big ramps, huge quarter pipes, balance beams and crazy jumps you’ll be either reeling or elated. It’s far too easy for a friendly game of Plonk golf to degenerate into a beer-fuelled, competitive putt-off.
Plonk Camden is open from midday, every day of the week. To make sure you can swing by on your night out the venue is open until 10.30pm midweek and until 11pm Friday to Sunday. This new venue operates a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) policy as well as offering a great range of punches, wines, local brews and bottled Tiki cocktails.
