The length of your session depends on the size of your group. The recommendations are two players/45 minutes. Up to four players / 60 minutes. Over four players / 75 minutes. Each session starts with a safety briefing and some instruction on the throwing techniques. Then it’s down to the serious matter of thrashing your mates.
