Rileys have operated sports bars / emporiums since 1878. This iconic, British brand currently run 12 Rileys clubs across the UK, offering quality pool and snooker tables, darts lanes and some also house ping pong tables.
Passionate about sport, Riley’s sites offer the ultimate live sport experience via multiple TV screens showing all the big games across football, cricket. Boxing, NFL … pretty much any life sporting event airing on Sky Sports and BT Sport. Riley’s also house a fanzone with three metre screen and sofas for a fully cinematic sporting treat – strongly reflecting their ethos of creating relaxed and comfortable places to both enjoy playing and watching sport.
Every evolving, Rileys are on the front foot when it comes to trends. Recently Rileys have added smarts darts lanes into three of their locations, Coventry, London Victoria and Swansea. Using dart tracking technology, smarts darts offers groups of players interactive, fast-paced games where the tech knows where the darts land, keeps track of the scores and guides you through the excellent range of game choices.
Serious about the sports they represent Rileys host the Professional Darts Corporation Qualifiers and also offer pool leagues.
Rileys know the importance of keeping sports fans well fed. They offer a great menu specialising in small plates, pizza, burgers, nachos, chicken and wraps.
To support their growth Rileys have retained specialist business property advisors, Christie & Co. Together they are seeking large freehold and leasehold venues in the major cities and population hubs across the country, including London. Currently they are setting their sites on places such as Glasgow, Southampton, Brighton and Hull.
Rileys Chief Executive Officer, Craig Mayes comments, “We are delighted to be working with Christie & Co. The team conducted a thorough review of our estate when the business was acquired by Weight Partners Capital back in 2014 and their recommendations were instrumental in getting us to the position we are now – we are actively seeking property to expand our coverage across the United Kingdom.”
