Point Blank Shooting is Firing Fun and Cocktails at Liverpool

1st June 2021

Point Blank shooting is a gorgeously sumptuous bar with a state-of-the-art simulation shooting range.  With two hugely successful sites in Manchester and Newcastle, Point Blank have now opened their third site in Liverpool.

If you need a lunch time escape then Point Blank are more than happy to welcome a minimum of two players however, the real magic happens when there’s a gang of you. PB can host groups of up to 10 people so you can pit your speed and accuracy skills against the best your mates have to offer. As there are more than 200 different courses to navigate it’s somewhere you can return to time and time again and still have a fab time.

To set you up for your hour, or three, of high adrenaline shooting you can grab a pre-shoot platter of chicken wings, hot dogs, loaded fries and pizza for £15 per person.

The PB bar is stocked with beers, wine and spirits or you can get your night off to a swing with one of their house cocktails including the Mexican Stand Off with Tequila, Grapefruit Liqueur and Lime – yum! You can also grab deals on beer and wine buckets.

For a weekend treat you can make the most of your Point Break experience with their Bottomless Brunch – at an amazing £35 the 90-minute brunch includes 60 mins of shooting, bottomless pizza and bottomless prosecco and beer!

The new Liverpool site is on Castle Street (in the basement of the former Olive restaurant) and is open to anyone over 18. Point Blank shooting isn’t about violence, it’s about enjoying the sport of shooting. Your accuracy and speed are rewarded with points and it’s up to your team mates to try and better your score.  You’ll be shooting airsoft guns but the firing mechanism has been replaced with bespoke laser technology.

Point Blank was created by friends Mark Rushton and Phil Hale. When speaking about the new Liverpool site Mark said, “We saw Castle Street back at the start of the pandemic when our businesses were closed and we had no money coming in, but it ticked every box. We go for a private member, speakeasy feel and because it is a basement it has that feeling of going somewhere secret. We worked with the landlord and did everything we could to make it happen and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s worked out.”

Although you can just rock up and hope you can play, it’s best to get booked in. To keep up to date with all PB news and offers on their Facebook.
