The supremos of bowling, Hollywood Bowl, will be opening up within Resort World, Birmingham before Christmas.
The new Hollywood Bowl will occupy 26,000 sq ft and will offer 17 bowling lanes, including four VIP lanes, a bar, diner and a large amusements area. The current plan is to have the venue finished and open in time for your Christmas party or festive family treat.
With Hollywood Bowl you know what you’re going to get. A loud and fun bowling centre with enough lanes to cater for large parties and corporate events. When you’re in need of refuelling you can head to their American Diner for staples of burgers, hot dogs, wings or nachos. Their bar serves a good range of beer, cider, and wine as well as Prosecco, spirits and cocktails. If you’re after something a little more sedate then they also serve a wide range of soft drinks and hot beverages.
If you’re in need of a special experience then you can book a VIP lane. With their American glam décor, comfy lounge seating and special balls and pins, they’ll make you feel like a celeb. So, there will be lots of opportunities for some Insta-worthy pics.
Hollywood Bowl becomes the latest addition to boost the leisure offering at Resort World. Currently visitors can enjoy the 11 screen Cineworld Cinema, Vortex Gaming family arcade, Escape Hunt with VR gaming options, and Resort World Casino, which is open until 5am.
Resort World is ideally located just five minutes away from Birmingham International train station, within the NEC campus making it an easily accessible location for a fun day out for the family as well as an evening entertainment venue.

Hollywood Bowl operate two other bowling centres in Birmingham, including 20 lanes at Birmingham Broadway Plaza in the city centre and 26 lanes at Birmingham Rubery, south-west of the city.
