Freedom Rooms has opened in Birmingham with an impressive VR Experience and Beer Hall.
If you’re into your gaming or fancy taking a VR headset for a test drive then Freedom Rooms is worth a visit.
At Freedom Rooms you can discover RE:COIL, a fast-paced VR shooter experience, perfect for 2-4 players. All you have to do is step into the Metaverse, select your gun, grab your energy shield and off you go. If you set up an account with Spawnpoint you can even customise your avatar, earn experience points and track your performance – a particularly good feature if you’re going to make Freedom Rooms one of your regular nights out.
To help you recover from your gaming sesh the VR room houses the Portal Bar. Great for a drink and snack to accompany that post battle debrief.
As awesome as that sounds, there’s a whole load more on offer at Freedom Rooms. The Beer Hall. This is home to live music, comedy nights and their bottomless brunches. As well as their weekly club nights – Friday is Brit Pop & Saturday is Club De Fromage – there’s an calendar full of upcoming events. Bottomless Brunch themes are varied, there’s definitely something for everyone … Dirty Dancing, NDUBZ, Star Wars, Super Heroes or Michael Jackson (check their website for forthcoming brunches). The Beer Hall also screens major sporting events, like big fights and the football World Cup.
Freedom Rooms also host Christmas parties.
