Flight Club Secure Incredible Venue in Glasgow

2nd September 2021

Flight Club is an experience. Stunning venues with opulent, sumptuous aesthetics boasting large cocktail bars. For those wanting a little fun on their night out there’s casual darts in gorgeous semi-private booths (oches).

Flight Club are expanding their reach both at home and abroad, with openings recently in the US. One of their current target locations is Glasgow and they have found themselves an absolutely remarkable venue …

The building is located at 280 George Street, Glasgow and they hope to have the site transformed and ready for opening next year.

Not only are Flight Club venues great places to look at but they offer an awesome night out. The have done away with the grubby chalk and created fast-paced, tech-driven, multi-player darts. Their patented dart tracking technology is able to follow your dart and work out exactly where it landed. The fancy tech then does all the counting up or keeps the scores so you can simply enjoy the laid-back vibes and party atmosphere.

The cocktail bars stock all the drinks you’d expect as well as quite a few you wouldn’t. With their Signature Shots, Signature Cocktail Slushies and Sharing Trophy Cocktails you’ll get to sample the art of mixology is a new way.

The food menu caters for meat lovers, vegans, vegetarians and gluten free diners. Choose from classic pizzas, to sharing platters or mix ‘n’ share mini plates, which include delights such as sticky port belly bites, BBQ-marinated aubergine tacos and Korean beef skewers.

You have heard me mention the beautiful interiors a number of times – I do love them. But it’s not just me. Flight Club Birmingham was designed by Ellis Design Studio. Their exceptional creation has recently been nominated for the Club & Bar Design award for Interior Design at the SBID International Design Awards. The awards ceremony is on 22nd October, so we’ll be cheering them on.

Flight Club is owned and operated by Red Engine Team, led by Founder and CEO Steve Moore.  In July Flight Club opened a seven oches venue on Corn Street in Bristol and June saw the unveiling of the fabulous 13 oches Leeds venue.

Other venues in the pipeline include Houston, Las Vegas and Atlanta which are operated under license by State of Play Hospitality; who also run Bounce, Puttshack, Hijingo and Ace Bounce. The first Flight Club in Australia is also due to open in Perth this Christmas.
