What makes Locked In A Room different from most other escape rooms venues is that four teams can play in identical rooms at the same time, making this the ultimate in competitive escaping! This thrilling experience is available for both Infinity and Parallax games, where each room can hold up to 6 players. Parallax is arguably the more challenging room.
The Jungle room is for up to 4 players and is the easier of the three rooms. This room is not available for multi-team play. Ideal for small groups of escape room novices.
Last booking is from 8pm, so a Locked In escape room is a brilliant way to kick off a hen/stag party. They have secure discounts with local eateries so make sure you look at the ‘packages’ section on their website.

When a room description comes with a warning that it has been designed to be frightening and that it contains imagery people may find offensive, you know it’s got to be spine tinglingly terrifying. Séance at Riddlr comes with such a warning as it invites you to uncover the mysterious disappearance of a paranormal investigator who’s not been seen since she went to conduct a séance at an abandoned house! 2-5 players, with a difficulty rating of 4/5.
Enjoy a trip to the 80s in Decade Runner. A 5/5 difficulty room bringing you 80s themed puzzles; a snarky Zoltar machine, a Pac Man maze and riddles from Zork. The Wizard’s Apprentice (diff. 4/5 for 4-6 players) is a fan favourite with references to Professors, port keys, enchanted paintings and wizard students. If you love a film franchise of a certain name then you’ll enjoy this! Your final option is Nautilus (diff. 3/5 for 2-6 players). You naughty stow aways thrown in the brig, when the engine stops, the oxygen starts running out & the captain is missing!

The Midland Road site features The Room of Al Capone (diff. 3/5) & The Fortress (diff. 3/5). The Barton Road site features The Secret Agent Room (diff. 3/5), The Poltergeist (diff. 4/5) and Prison Van (diff. 5/5) – which is an actual van parked up outside!
The broad range of themes at Puzzlair means there’s plenty of choice to suit your interest. Most of the games are suitable for all ages, but if you want to add a little terror to your night out then you should opt for their 18+ only room, Poltergeist. You’ll need to perform a successful ghost exorcism in order to escape!

If you love horror films then you’re going to love scaring yourself stupid at Escape Rooms Bristol. Their three rooms are designed to be intense, intimidating and threatening. So be warned!
Hell In A Cellar sees you kidnapped by Pig Face, a deranged serial killer, and locked in an underground cellar. You’ll need to work together to complete a series of complex tasks to gain your freedom. The Execution is set in a dystopian future where people are frequently executed for even minor crimes. In this room one of your group begins the challenge strapped to an executioners chair. The team have one chance to successfully conquer the puzzles to secure their freedom. In The Ward you’ve been captured by The Doctor who needs new test subjects for his sinister experiments. Can you escape before The Doctor calls again?

Although small, and a little tricky to find, Bristol Escape Rooms is well reviewed. The rooms provide a fun amount of challenge, even for seasoned escapers. The Operation Omega room can even have the difficulty level increased, should you be wanting to up the anti!
Operation Omega is an intense game where you and your team of fellow spies have just 1 hour to disarm the nuclear bomb planted by ex KGB agents. You’ll have to crack specially designed puzzles and demonstrate genuine counter espionage skills in order to succeed.
In Blackbeard’s Dungeon you find yourself imprisoned. Your choices are demonstrate your cunning and bravery by completing the challenges and win yourself a place on Blackbeard’s crew, or perish!

Whether you’re after a work ice breaking activity, a fun night out or something a bit different to kick start your Hen / Stag party then Clue HQ have some enjoyable challenges for you.
Having lived in Bunker 38 for many years the outside atmosphere has been given the all-clear. But the locks have jammed and oxygen is running low – will you escape and breath fresh air once more? In The Betrayal of Cluetankhamun the last team of explorers never returned so you’ve been commissioned to search for the team & retrieve the mysterious Cluetan Crystal. In A-I-9 the once pioneering AI system has corrupted and the bots are destroying humanity. Can you take control of the system before all hope is lost?

Tricky! All the rooms here are graded skill level 4/5 or 5/5 – so you’ll need to be on top of your game to succeed here. The five fully themed rooms offer complex puzzles and lots of artefact interaction – cast a spell on the right artefact and it could change the course of your experience.
To escape Bunker Blowout you’ll need to blow the door off its hinges. Get all tied up in Hostage Hostel – where you’re actually handcuffed together (5/5 difficulty). Other rooms include: Abandoned Office (investigating the disappearance of three missing teens), The Runner (you’ve lots your memory and something is coming … soon), Subject 11 (kids are being stolen at night from a sleepy American suburb, but by who, or what?).
