Weight: A general guide is to use a ball that weighs 1lb for every 10lbs of you. E.g if you weigh 130lbs then purchase a 13lb ball. Bowling isn’t just about power, it’s about control and endurance, so you want to purchase a ball that you can use for three games of play.
